Stir-fried Bean Sprouts with Egg and Ground Meat
A simple bean sprouts and egg stir-fry topped with seasoned meat.
Background: I wanted to make something easy with the things I usually have in the refrigerator.
- eggs (2)
- bean sprouts (1/2 back (a handful))
- ● ground meat (50ｇ(1.75 oz))
- ● flour (2 teaspoons)
- ● soy sauce (2 teaspoons)
- scallions (to taste)
- oil (1 tablespoon)
Briefly saute bean sprouts in oil.
Add eggs and heat a little. Mix with sprouts.
In another pan, dust ground meat with flour and fry.
Dilute soy sauce with 2 Tbsp water. Add it to the cooked meat.
Put the cooked ground meat over the eggs and sprouts. Top with finely chopped scallions.
