Sea Bass Meunière
Sea bass (or suzuki in Japanese) is a great source of iron! When prepared in the classic French meunière style, it turns out deliciously crisp and juicy. Yum!
- Sea bass (2 fillets)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Dried herbs (choose ones you like) (to taste)
- Flour (About 1 Tablespoon)
- Olive oil (1 Tablespoon)
- Lemon juice (to taste)
If not yet filleted, wash the sea bass and fillet. Remove the skin as well.
Evenly sprinkle the fillets with salt, pepper and herbs. Lightly coat with flour.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add the sea bass. Fry until both sides are golden and crisp!
Sprinkle with lemon juice to taste.
