Quick and Easy Apple Crumble
Slice the apple, and put them in a small pot with 1 tbsp of sugar. Heat with low heat to simmer until the apple gets soft. Put them in a tray, sprinkle cinnamon powder on it. (If you don't have enough time, cut this process, just sliced the apple and line them in a tray.
Make the crumble. Add all ingredients except the apple and mix them with your fingers. Do not knead the texture.
Cover the sliced apple with the crumble texture. Bake for about 20min until the crumble becomes nice brown and golden color.
You can serve this treat with vanilla ice-cream, or yogurt with berry sauce.
